That was the shocking thing to me too
Baby-maker.
I just looked him up and he ended up replacing David Obey in WI after the 2010 election, when Obey didn't run for reelection (a (D) whose name I haven't heard in a long time), and came in with the teabaggers.
He was apparently also a lumberjack in his younger days and I must must must give a nod to Monty Python on that!!!
