... is obviously nowhere near frozen enough to support the weight of even one small child; it's too transparent. Up here in Vermont, we know ice. They should never have been allowed anywhere near the damned pond.
I grieve for the parents. I know what it's like to suddenly lose a child, never mind three of them. That's horrible.
