14. Russia has mostly been hitting civilians with it's drones. Ukraine is hitting military and economic infrastructure

I'd guess much of Ukraines infrastructure is in Poland except things that can't be imported like electricity. Russia has no place to hide it's stuff, and needs tremendous amounts of money to fund it's war fighting. Eventually Russia is going to have problems supplying itself.
