No alcohol because of esophagal ulcers found after 911 trip to hospital in December with severe anemia. Strong med to reduce stomach acid reflux. No red meats, dairy butter, alcohol. Eat fluids, fruits, veggies.
Blood pressure good with its med.
Love pistachio butter.
