Made myself a Mango Margarita tonight.

Made a classic Margarita, and then dumped the juice from a can of sliced mango into the cocktail shaker, é voilá

Yummy!

That means the ready availability of, say, pineapple juice when I want a tropical rum cocktail. Just craved mango tonight…

A local Mexican restaurant makes the best margaritas in the area. Normally I order one on the rocks with light salt, but sometimes a frozen fruity margarita hits the spot.

They always hit the sweet spot between the tang of the tequila and the sweetness and acidity of the fruit.

I’m lucky enough to have three very good Mexican restaurants with just a short drive from where I live. All three serve superb Margaritas.
