Get some rest and good food on board! Start with short walks as well as the breathing exercises, work things up gradually.
There's nothing like home! One's own pup tent is better than another person's mansion.

I've been taking walks here in the hospital, third day doing so now and pounding the incentive thingy. Have gotten to 2500 several times so I'm doing good.
