Black currant jelly is amazing on a scone or English Muffin. All their goodies go great with a pot of Earl Grey tea. Hope you all have a delightful feast! We need to make time each day for a proper tea, like the Brits do; take a break with a light snack and refuel yourself. All the young people I work with just grab a Mountain Dew and some Doritos. Not the same feeling at all.

I make mine very similar to this, use baby bok choy and celery along with red pepper and mushrooms, any veggies I have on hand 😋 For the stir fry sauce in the recipe is use about 3 TBL soy sauce mixed with a dash of
Rice Vinegar, and finely grated ginger to taste (powdered if I don’t have fresh is fine).

Black Currant. My daughter gets it for me as a gift all the time because it's hard to find around here. I do get the blueberry since that's stocked by all the stores. And I cook and bake with the apricot.

I've always bought their product even though it's expensive because they did help Jews escape from nazi Germany.

and I HOPE she has the time to share with me.

Many of the selections are available @ my grocery store, so when I get there, I'll get some and try to use them. I rarely cook, but HOPE I have the energy to do so.

The Nazi Germany story got DU's attention some time ago, and I think of it often.
