Enjoying a Knickerbocker tonight.

Same thing as last night, a Delmonico. Gin, cognac, sweet and dry vermouth, and orange bitters. Only without the cognac. Nice!

Feeling much better tonight after a day of camaraderie and joyful protest.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Tucker, GA, suburban Atlanta. Our family: me, my husband, & our 2 daughters, ages 23 & 21. The estimate was 1K-2K. Lots of people marching, motorists mostly honking & cheering us on! Now I'm enjoying a nightcap. Hope everyone is having fun!

As an introvert, I'm not great with big crowds, so I'm tired. But boy, did we have a big crowd in St. Paul. Nobody listened to the advice to stay away; the response was more like "Fuck this, we're going. No way are we letting them win."

But I've earned the drink. Staying up for Foyle's War, if I can.

We watched Foyle’s War, too. Our episode was the one with the murdered German POW.
