What is the diff between drag and drop, and copy and paste?

I'm trying to post a photo on ebay. It tells me to drag and drop a photo. I try copy and paste. Doesn't work.

How does one drag and drop a photo that is already on eBay under another seller's listing to my eBay listing?

(selling a CD album)

Generally drag and drop uses the mouse(left click, move, release), copy and paste the keyboard (ctrl+C, ctrl+V) Angleae Yesterday #2

go to the desired image and right click and save it to your desktop THEN drag and drop it to your listing.
THis kinda stuff is best done on a real PC, not on a phone
