Just curious does anybody else take cold showers

I've had backsurgery and I have been taking cold showers on and off for a couple of years. I noticed it does help with my back pain. Most of the time I slowly turn the dial to cold but lately i've been going full cold starting with the spray over my head and face and it seems to make it much easier. The water temperature right now is fifty seven but it will probably climb to close to seventy by August and back down to forty in February. I'm getting water off lake Erie

I took cold showers for a while. It did relieve my achy knees and ankles.
As the summer heat picked up, my tap
water warmed up, so I just used cold
water for showering.

It was costing a lot to do. I did however find it easier to take a cold plunge than a cold shower.Im sure the cold plunge is more effective than the shower though.
