Root beer flavor is an interesting twist as well.

2. Yes, I have tried the mushroom-root beer. It was good, but NOT root beer.

It is easy to be fooled.

3. Fermented Felon

Not actual root beer, but the fizz factor and readily- identifiable taste lets you know that the flavor designation is the correct one. I've never tried a homemade version, but there are a number of recipes for sassafrass ir root beer flavored Kamboucha.

10. No. I don't drink beer.

I pretty much don't drink any alcoholic beverages; I just don't like the stuff, but also having had three family members killed in an auto accident caused by a drunk driver.

Carbonated beverages I like:

Carbonated mineral water, like San Pellegrino.
Coca Cola (from Mexico, with real sugar, not high fructose corn sweetener like in the US)
Carbonated fruit juice.

But I’m frazzled, tired, and lazy these days (my job sucks).

When I am able to treat myself, I’ll splurge on a bottle of Synergy—the Trilogy (raspberry, lemon, and ginger), or Gingerberry. Yum.
