I asked the pharmacist when I should get anothermy last was in September 2025 and I thought I had read that the recommendation was one year. She said six months was a good interval so I took the plunge. Just in case you had the same question
AddedIm over 65 with no other risk factors, so your interval may be different.

The pharm was concerned I was going to be a scaredy cat, so I had to tell her Ive been through allergy shots. No biggie but definitely deserving of a treat.
