The other day I was driving circles between exits on the interstate because there had been a report of livestock on the interstate. (if you report animals on a roadway, especially a divided highway please tell the dispatcher as accurately as possible cardinal directions, mile posts and any other relevant details. note: exits do not actually exist on the mp number they are designated to. can be a half mile off. need to know cardinal direction from an exit if that is the landmark you are using, thank you for your attention to this matter. )

At the Sybil Road westbound exit, I saw this pile of trash up on the on ramp. (please excuse dusty dashboard, it is a protective coating in this harsh climate )



Kind of a lot of trash but not a full load off a trailer if there had been a wreck plus no real signs of a wreck anyway. It was puzzling and I intended to call it in but then I forgot all about it.

Well they actually caught the guy!
