If you haven't been to the Bob Dylan Center, which is in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it is absolutely worth a trip to Tulsa. It is on the same block as the Woody Guthrie Center, and both are fantastic. Lots of other things to see in Tulsa, including the Greenwood Rising Museum, just two blocks from those two music centers, which does an excellent job telling the harrowing story of the Tulsa Race Massacre.
The Bob Dylan Center covers this performance and its role in music history, and a whole lot more. If you are a Dylan fan, or if you just appreciate these two icons of American music and culture, make plans to visit Tulsa.

Oh well, this is about great music, and Bob was right there in the 60s/70s.
