We covered this. Tough song. Lots of moving parts.
Fun Fact: the lead guitar is played by Steve Lukather from Toto (and a thousand other records).
But, in the video, Bill Spooner does a great job of miming it, because his fingers are dead on to the notes being played, though I doubt Bill could have played it live.
We saw them in the White Punks on Dope era at B'Ginnings in Schaumburg, IL.

at a supper-club venue in Akron OH. Altogether an amazing show steeped in surrealism and virtuosity.
