The Snow Cone is what is known as that base of ice on the pool at the bottom of the upper fall. From that pool, the Lower Fall flows.

(6,630 posts)5. From Sentinel Dome with my phone back in 2016. Upper and Lower Fall.
        Trail head to this dome is off of Glacier Point Rd,  the south rim of the valley that takes you to Glacier Point.
