So glad you enjoyed them!

(155,539 posts)Those plants are micro greens and I see them every week. Today I decided to stop and photograph them!
The camera has a macro setting plus I used my 2X extender to really get in close. I hadn't done those techniques on this subject before, and I was very happy with the results. The greens are very very small!

(155,539 posts)I'm sorry you don't have any (or many) in your area.
I know full well how lucky I am, esp. with this one.

(155,539 posts)This market is easy to photograph since there are very many colorful subjects!
Those two I especially was glad to see today. They tell me Spring is in full swing and Summer's coming soon!
I look forward to going even though the parking is ferocious. I just have to get there a bit early, so I do.
My photos reward me.

(98,445 posts)Is a great place to find subject options, great choice on your part. The pictures are the reward, I know the feeling from getting a great shot or three of an elusive wildflower or two hundred images of watching moose play, the good shot is a reward that I relish. I would be thrilled if I had a good farmers' market nearby to have all those textures and colors to play with.
Instead I have to time my ventures with particular blooms and weather. Today would be a good day except for the constant gale force winds and sloppy wet snow. They say it will be sunny and warm come Friday. That will be nice, many trees are blooming this week.

Yeah, the micro greens turned out more beautifully than I had any right to expect.
