I haven't posted any fresh photos of Calliope lately. We've been together since 2008, when I adopted her and her mother from a rescue shelter. She turns 16 next month.

Calliope seems to be quite aware of her goddesshood!

(6,819 posts)The only "trick" I have when photographing animals is patience. Eventually they'll turn their gaze my way, and often they'll look directly into the lens.
