I took this photo yesterday. Can you see the ore freighter on the horizon? Look closely under the far left tree branches. I assure you it is there!

(21,882 posts)But we visited for a few days once, to see a couple of special exhibits at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and we had a blast. Between the rock Hall and the Cleveland Museum of Art, I could have stayed forever!
It reminded me of a smaller scale version of Chicago, the way it's stretched out along the lake shore, with the same kinds of beautiful views.

(155,539 posts)Alas, I cannot see the ore freighter anywhere. And the trees are on the right!

Even so, it's a beautiful photo!

(38,928 posts)Look at the tree branches on the left side of the tree. Do you see two branches hanging down over the horizon side by side where the sky meets the water? The freighter is under those. Might have to enlarge the photo like George McGovern did.
Hope this helps!

(21,882 posts)Those ore freighters have a long flat profile, and this one kind of blends into the horizon until it's enlarged quite a bit.

(155,539 posts)I have DU on my iPhone, and Apple products allow you to "spread" the photo till the distant objects become visible. So I did that on my iPhone, and voila! There is the freighter.
Thanks so much!
