by allowing parents to scam the program. To pay parents to keep their kids at home is not education. Also, several private schools saw the money coming in and subsequently raised their tuition by $1,000.00. The great taxpayer rip off.

Most of the ESA users are in wealthy zip codes. ESAs were "supposed" to be used for low income students but the real goal is to destroy public schools.
