Scott made his comments during an appearance on Fox Business’ “Mornings with Maria” in an interview with election conspiracy theorist Maria Bartiromo.
“What they did in Venezuela is going to change Latin America. This is the start of changing Venezuela, then we’re going to fix Cuba. Nicaragua is going to get fixed—next year we’ll get a new president in Colombia,” Scott said. “Democracy is coming back to this hemisphere.”

And let’s not forget this is the same guy who as governor, was indicted for committing Medicare fraud—TWICE—and made the second one disappear after he bought the governor’s seat for a second term. He also required regular drug testing for people receiving aid to survive—which could only be done at labs he created under his wife’s name for this purpose.
And now we’ve got DeathSantis, an equally repulsive Repuke grifter. Having no state income tax sounds great except for the fact the predator class congregates here because of it.
Seriously, I’d be okay if the next hurricane season blew Florida completely away because it’s become such a haven for these arseholes. It’s gotten so bad that I’d seriously consider running away with a Canadian (I’d prefer Scotland), even if it meant I had to put up with winters again.
The only thing that would make Florida great again would be if we became guillotine central. We could start with Mar-a-fucking-Lago.
