Indiana man charged with threatening Elon Musk on X arrested for felony intimidation
(WXIN/WTTV) — An Indiana man has been arrested for intimidation after allegedly posting threats against Elon Musk on X – the app formerly known as Twitter that Musk now owns.
David A. Cherry, 28, was arrested Tuesday by police in southern Indiana after he allegedly posted life-threatening statements directed at Musk on the billionaire businessman-turned-politico‘s social media site.
Cherry, a Palmyra resident, was officially charged with one count of felony intimidation. Indiana State Police officials were contacted early Tuesday morning by Texas law enforcement regarding an X user they said lived in southern Indiana.
