La. voters head back to polls for Saturday's general election
LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Some SWLA voters are returning to the polls Saturday to decide on local runoff races and tax propositions in Louisiana’s Municipal General Election.
olls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voters must bring a photo ID.
DeRidder residents will choose the next leader of their city, while Lake Charles voters will decide whether to give the current mayor another term. City council runoffs are also on the ballot in Lake Charles and Jennings.
Some voters in Allen, Beauregard and Calcasieu parishes will see tax and bond propositions on their ballots.
