Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyll Louisa Allen initially released from custody. Feds appeal.

There is an article in the Pioneer Press, but you need a subscription to access it, which I don't have.
Thanks to Ocelot II, I was able to read the article.
Looks like they aren't yet out because the feds appealed.

Attorney Nekima Levy Armstrong and St. Paul School Board member Chauntyll Allen were initially granted release by Judge Douglas Micko on conditions, including no contact with potential victims or witnesses in the investigation, a stay-away order from Cities Church and no travel outside Minnesota without prior approval from their probation officers.

Attorneys representing the government, however, made a motion to stay the release for further review, claiming they might be flight risks, which Micko granted following appearances at a federal courthouse in St. Paul. They were being held in the Sherburne County jail as of Thursday evening, with a detention hearing expected Friday.

“This is a farce,” said Jordan Kushner, Armstrong’s attorney, addressing her supporters in the lobby of the Warren Burger Federal Building in downtown St. Paul, saying U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem had called for the arrests just to celebrate them on social media.

“This doesn’t happen in a legitimate prosecution,” Kushner said. “These are officials making a political decision, and purposely making a political spectacle and a political circus out of the court system for their own purposes.”
