New Jersey Election Campaign Finance Commission Fines West Orange Councilman Krakoviak (D)
WEST ORANGE, NJ – West Orange Councilman Joe Krakoviak has been fined by the New Jersey Election Campaign Enforcement Commission.
Krakoviak, who acknowledged the penalty on his own social media page, will pay a $475 fine for failing to file his campaign financial reports for his 2024 Town Council campaign in a timely manner.
Candidates are responsible for all compliance with the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act.
“In my response, I apologized to the Commission and West Orange residents for my noncompliance ,” Krakoviak said. “I repeat that apology here.”
