In doing this in your state, the Pellets that land on the Ground are making the Ground Scavengers Sick. Are those Pellets Lead?
What could be worked out is to Catch the Owls, crate them, and ship them to towns that have Mice and rats. Grain Mills, which have Problems, could also be used at the USDA Locations. This is happening in Washinton State and Northern California.
