        Lawmakers looking for solutions first need to look in the mirror to correctly identify the problem.

        Also well above a flood zone. Were about 20 feet above where Ive seen flooding. Yet our insurance has risen about the same as mentioned.
I know one of the reasons auto insurance has risen so much is all the tech that goes into the bumpers of new cars. Fender benders that wouldnt cost much to repair now have the added cost of the tech built in.
