Has anyone else had gmail have a slow response time when getting and reviewing messages?

I've had trouble now and then writing messages. I get messages: Your changes will not be saved.

Usually, it goes away if I close my browser or restart my computer.

4. I use Linux and have used Firefox as my browser for all types of things, but lately it's slow and

does some weird stuff. I switched to Chrome and it's all working ok now. Thanks for your reply, I'll see how it goes now.
