Lenovo Idea center AIO monitor problem

Turned on computer, message on monitor: input signal not detected. Blank, black screen. Tried all the usual with Lenovo support no help at all. Baffled to say the least.

All in one computer?

When you press the button to boot the computer are you hearing any very faint beeps? Really faint - they will come from a tiny speaker on the motherboard.

Assuming it's an intel MB, here are the diagnostics for the beep codes. Not much help, sorry.

I think you should hear the beeps. I saw a reply on Reddit where someone did a few restarts and it worked again. It's hard to say remotely (my last all-in-one was a Mac Plus in the 80s!) what's going on; first thoughts are somewhere in the physical connection between the mobo and the screen but apart from checking the visible parts I have no idea.

I can’t even do a restart, I have tried pretty much everything and I think it is beyond my remedy attempts. Just ordered a new comp, be here tomorrow. Thanks for your input!
