Oftentimes no sound happens because Bluetooth earbuds or a speaker was in use previously, but the external device was turned off.

On a video here on DU
If you muted your audio here on DU it may mute it elsewhere
I know it sounds strange but it happened to me , had to unmute here first to get audio elsewhere
