How can I get youtube to stop playing music?

I was looking for some music to use behind a little video presentation and went to youtube. Now it continues to play music and I can't get it to stop. Help!

There may be one with 'picture in picture' playing the music. This, depending on your own settings, happens when you navigate away from a playing video and it transfers itself to a small video box at the lower right of screen.
