Please. Can anyone help me see stars?

Want to donate a star but I'm not tech savvy enough apparently. Was thinking if one of my favorite contributors didn't have a star, that's who I'd donate to but can't see ANY stars--not on my phone, not on the computer, not when I take my phone out of dark mode. I'm out of ideas to try.

4. Don't know the answer but it sounds as if the poster wants to donate a star to someone other than herself.

Either poster is confusing this fund drive with the Valentine hearts drive or she just wants to contribute for some one else to get a star. Did I explain that correctly EverHopeful and can anyone answer that scenario?
