Biden should nominate Moscow Mitch to be US Ambassador to Russia.

Mitch will be leaving his US Senate seat to hang out with Putin. Governor Beasher-D will be selecting Mitch's US Senate Replacement. Yarmuth-D(US Representative from KY-3) or Coleman(KY Lt Governor)

Formally nominate him even when he says no. Force a vote on it. Highlight his traitorousness with the selection of which ambassadorship you offer him, and make all the Repukes go on the record opposing this sign of bipartisanship on Biden's part.
