The recitation of his campaign talking points with their relationship to Hillary were probably necessary to get most of his remaining supporters on board the Hillary bus. (Note: Good Democrats are on the Hillary bus, not under it.)
Plus he finally got around to praising her personally before he shut down his speech.
Turn away from the primaries and let's start putting all of our energy into winning the general election.
