Just made my first ever financial contribution to a campaign.
Over the years, I've volunteered in several ways - knocked on doors, phone-banked, stuffed envelopes with flyers and worked the polls on election day. We weren't always in a position to pony up any cash so that was my way to chip in. This year, things have changed and I don't have the time I'd like to devote to some of the activities I've done in the past. BUT, we're in a better financial position than we've been for a while, so... sent a donation to Hillary, and will repeat it weekly until election day.
