Thinking about opening up a frozen yogurt place.

We are big fans of Greek frozen yogurt, and I have zero business background, but we found a spot that's pretty nice - next door to a pizza place in a marketplace (local supermarket is Kroger/King Soopers)

I need some good advice and links on where to start sourcing everything (i.e, froyo machines, milk, froyo bacteria, etc.)

Maybe I need to agree to an franchise?

No, I am not opening up a Menchies (they suck). I want to open up something that has more focus on healthy fruit and goodies.

What suggestions would you be willing to give us?
