He has been quoted as saying some pretty ugly things about his partner, his role at the school.

Sounds like the school was in bad shape educationally and physically.

The campus in Fort Worth had to shut down because it failed to pay its rent.

Also, the NCAA had some questions about the academic credits earned by its graduates that went on to college basketball programs.

If Prime Time Prep wasn't a private school it would have been declared a public nuisance.
