Putin and his cronies were going back and forth on terms of ceasefire pretty much since the beginning of war. And eventually, everyone realized that the goal of this many requirements is so that they are never met. So that Putin can continue his war indefinitely, which is so beneficial for the survival of his regime. Under no circumstances he is willing to stop the invasion, unless he gets an extraordinary good deal. But Ukrainians will never agree to such a deal. Recently, however, the Kremlin mentioned that they are ready to address 'nuances' to end war. And potentially, there is even the "Korean Scenario" on the table.
