In this video I discuss the latest Press Releases from TASS, the official Russian News Agency, which shows that China has cut the amount of fossil fuels it is buying from Russia. In addition to this Russia is also losing revenue from the rest of the world and it is also increasing the amount it is spending on imports. Is this change in buying patterns a sign that China is deliberately reducing its purchases from Russia ahead of the potential 500% tariffs that the USA is threatening for buyers of Russian Oil if Russia pulls out of the peace talks with Ukraine?
