This episode of Ukraine Brief marks the 1,370th day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Despite ongoing efforts to advance a peace plan, Moscow continues its attacks, causing civilian casualties and widespread destruction across the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. Many of these strikes have resulted in deaths and injuries, including among children.
Over the weekend, Ukrainian and American officials met in Geneva to discuss President Trump’s 28-point peace plan. Meanwhile, President Zelenskyy addressed European leaders at the International Crimean Platform, stressing Ukraine’s need for continued and unwavering European support.
