Is popcorn a health night time snack?

3 cups just 100 calories, lots of fiber and can increase tryptophan.

... 30 grams of organic popcorn kernels in the microwave, and just sprayed with 1/2 apple cider vinegar and 1/2 liquid aminos, a few spritzes from a spray bottle. Perfect.

Edited to say that this is approx 4 cups of popped popcorn.

... one of the parts. You've inspired me to remedy that ... I remember how good air popped is.

The m/wave popper I have is pretty good, though ... silicone bowl and a vented lid, pretty simple.

But yeah ... gotta get that air popper going!
