I think it was partially "triggered" by starting to play the piccolo again in the community band. No one else wanted to play it.

(10 posts)My middle finger tip, left hand points sort of downward. I've had it for many years. Read that people of Northern European and Scandinavian descent get this often.

I've had both carpal & cubital (funny bone nerve) releases done.

This was through the rheumatologist's office.
Painless - each session takes about 15-20 minutes.
