I fell asleep last night early. I woke up very hungry early this morning.
I expect in a few hours, after tea, I will fry potatoes, onions, eggs and toast. I know there will be heinz 57 on the eggs & potatoes. Bluk consumption is expected, then a food coma by 8 am.

(35,153 posts)I use a dehumidifier in my crawlspace and that makes a world of difference.
The amazing thing is I just left a big fan on for 24 hours and it dried the whole place out.
I have a dehumidifier, too, and it's great but I have to keep going downstairs to empty it.
With this knee recovery, I have to be careful how many trips I make.

(35,153 posts)dump my dehumidifier. Thankfully I have a trap door in the coat closet to get into the crawlspace. It's really helped on getting rid of the musty smell in the house. I had a crawlspace doctor come in years ago and they dug and installed a French drain with sub pump. They lined the entire crawlspace with a plastic liner and had an electrician wire lights all over. It's nice and dry down there and now Loretta is starting to store stuff down there.
We had one come in, too, for the basement part, which occasionally gets water. The crawlspace not much. He wanted to put a French drain in the basement part, but because it so seldomly gets leaks, we decided it wasn't worth the expense. I would sure do it if it was a crawlspace, though!
I have half a basement and the other half is crawlspace. I hate it. I wish it was all basement.
The lights must be really helpful.

(3,128 posts)I use it , like ketchup! On a cheeseburger, in a meatloaf for sure instead of mater sauce. Mix it with a bit of mayo, and that's my chip dip. Etc,etc
