I always have taco Tuesday but lately I've ended up taking what I've frozen and have had taco Friday and taco Sunday! Now I'm out of the frozen pork taco meat ( carnitas) that my daughter makes and this would make enough to have 5 or 6 tacos and freeze like 6 bags of 5 -6 taco servings.
