Later this morning I'm planning on lunch for breakfast.
I sliced some cucumber, red onion & cherry tomatoes poured garlic olive oil & vinegar over that bowl and fridged that, I'm made tuna salad, I'm putting that in romaine leaves to eat with some tea to drink.
Today is low carb day I guess.

(17,894 posts)I just had lunch. Rice, carrots, beetroots, some kind of beige beans (maybe black eyed peas? Okay thats totally what they are) and a bit of Fregan seafood (not ideal but better than food waste).
Low carb I have never tried - low cal yes, low fat yes, low protein even, low to zero sugar yes, but never low carb. Low cal, low sugar, low fat and plant-based is my preference. I favor plant-based but occasionally go fregan when we end up buying more seafood than dad will or can eat.
