What's for Dinner, Wed., April 15, 2026

Tossed green salad with chicken tenderloins, blackberries, and peaches. Fruit vinaigrette. Toasted almonds, macadamias, and walnuts on top.

I found legume rice at Aldi. I'm going to try it with curry. Just a little: test recipe.

Kombucha: cherry.

Dessert: Banana milkshake with freshly grated nutmeg.

I made my Moms' Detroit style tuna pasta salad- onions, celery, drained tuna, elbow macaroni, cot in pieces hard boiled eggs. Basically a tuna salad sandwich on pasta instead of with bread.
I do add in more veggies then the 1960s version, today it had black olives, red & yellow pepper slices, cut in half cherry tomatoes.
Cold decafe tea to drink.

Popcorn might be made to eat as I watch
last episodes of The Pitt season 1.
