Well I'm back and, as I just got out of hospital

I needed feel good soup. And here it is and I had gastric bypass, this, just makes my body feel good, hence the name.

1 can tomato, 1 can vegetable beef, the beef part is important for protein.
Open ecah can and,, do not dilute!! Jjust add a dash or 2 of worsshestir sauce to cut the sugar of tomato soup. and then, shredded extra sharp cheddar.. you can warm it and it will take the chill off or sip and chew it cold

Total cost, and I get 2 meals out this,

68 cents per meal , 7 grams of protein and,, literally non measurable starches,,
Folks. It the cheapest high protein meal meal I still eat every day.

3 bucks for two cans of soup. 2 bucks for shredded cheese , which how I choose to finish it .

And all of a sudden since I'm home, I can walk, I can drive
I am a 3 time stroke survivor, more importantly ,, I'm a gastric bypass survivor for 13 years. I needed the protein that I wasn't getting in hospital.

I'm still Koz
