As I am typing this my cat Shaw is lying on my left shoulder, purring, any typos are because of that.

Later this morning I'm planning on making cottage cheese egg bites using this recipe again.

But seriously, my diabetes meds kill my appetite, so breakfast is usually just a half cup of decaf.
I'll have something more substantial at lunchtime.
