Arthur's first experience with snowfall

We've had some light stuff but it fell at night. This is Arthur's first time seeing snow. Hopefully I'll get a photo of Carys 'snow watching', too.

5. It won't be fun until there's at least 3 inches on the ground

and you toss them into it. Cats are hilarious in their first snowfall, it was one of the best things about New England.

7. The Feline Overlord gets the same look of calculating speculation...

..when there's a snowfall with big white flakes swirling around.

Like "I could catch some of those. Maybe a lot of them!"

Once in a while I put his harness on and open the sliding doors like, "Go ahead, give it a try." He usually trots out confidently about three strides, then stands there looking around like "WHOA, it's COLD out here, dayum!" and gives me a dirty look like "You ruined it again, didn't you, human," and stalks back in.

Some things seen on kitty teevee are best enjoyed on kitty teevee.

11. Sweet! I had a cat long ago that loved snow. He tunneled thru it, hopped on

imaginary prey, and (best of all) dug a hole and peed wherever he wanted. He thought it was magical.

I can tell he's still smaller than Madoc, but he looks so mature, like a small adult cat rather than a kitten. *blows kisses to both boys*

But he still loves to nap on my lap and gives great snuggles so I guess all I can do is watch and see how big he gets.
