in the land of the consecrated the unholy and poor
no beginning and no end haunting mortal moments
seeking of light reject darkness finality flung farther
good and evil now blend escaping an entombment
life lived in a livid starkness unquiet hearts gather
to count those living or lost at the dread destination
life at the end of darkness where dead souls blather
counting how lines crossed demanding restoration
the deeper dark to delve into the last circles of hell
devils and demons to geld gods and angels to quell
